Medication Forms

Print the applicable form and submit in person to personnel at Kids Campus Daycare for you child to receive medications or diaper cream while in the care of staff at the daycare.

Government Subsidies

As of April 1st, the Government isn't providing Subsidy for parents. Instead, they are providing a bit more Affordability Grant to the parents. Please click here for our fee information!
